First Hand Films licenses films internationally and deals with all forms of distribution. We represent films from all over the world and sell them anywhere. Mostly documentaries, one-offs and series, mostly for TV. Our ambition is to make good films seen, and our job is to make the filmmakers money.

This website addresses buyers and serves their professional interest in high quality programmes.

Filmmakers can send us information about their films under Service > Submissions and then follow up by sending a screener to our Zurich offices upon our request.

Films can be sorted according to their date ( , ) in ascending or descending order, and according to their name alphabetically ( , ).
